Blurring the line between analogue and digital
The new Lamy magazine was conceived and implemented by the forward-thinking agency Meiré und Meiré.
It is published in a printed and online edition three times a year and reveals inspiring stories behind the Lamy brand and its people.
An Augmented Reality app adds the digital dimension to the sensual and tactile components of the printed magazine. It provides access to additional content and features, from texts to videos to vivid 3D animations.
The experience opens up a new perspective on the pen as a traditionally analogue product.
Our role in this project was the conception and production of 4 unique CGI sets that reflect the individual pens' characteristics. In addition, we also created several animations, which have been published online or within the Lamy Specs app.
A project in collaboration with and commissioned by Meiré und Meiré.
